Personal Data Processing Agreement with Classboss Service
By joining this Agreement and providing your data to the Classboss Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") by filling out the online application (registration) fields in the mobile application, the User:
Confirms that the personal data provided by them belongs to them personally.
Confirms that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data contained therein, as specified in the online application (registration) fields in the application.
Acknowledges that all provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data are clear to them.
Gives consent to the processing of the personal data provided by the Service for the purpose of User registration in the Service, as well as for the transfer of their personal data to the organization (educational institution, fitness club, dance school, studio, etc.) in the mobile application where they are registering.
Expresses consent to the terms of personal data processing without any reservations or limitations.
The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data and confirms that by giving such consent, they are acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest.
The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This User's consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:
Surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable).
Gender, date of birth.
Place of residence (city, region).
Phone numbers.
Email addresses (E-mail).
Other data specified in the online application (registration) in the mobile application.
The User grants the Service the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:
Collection and accumulation.
Storage for the period established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the User's use of the Service.
Clarification (updating, modification).
Use for User registration purposes in the Service.
Destruction.
Transfer upon the request of the court, including to third parties, while ensuring measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of data provision and can be revoked by you by submitting a request to the Service administration in a simple written form to the email address accounts@classboss.com.
The Service is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) of User information, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by third parties by any means.
The Service has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its publication unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement.

Collection of User Data from Social Networks
In order to optimize the operation of the service and interaction with the User, the Service is entitled to collect the User's data from social networks specified in this section:

Collection of User Data from the facebook.com System
In case the User's registration in the Service is carried out at the User's own discretion through the social service facebook.com, the Service collects the following information about the User from the facebook.com system:
User's name, surname, and nickname (if applicable).
User's gender.
Place of residence (city, locality).
